The achievement we celebrate today is the result of sustained effort and hard work. It is not an overnight success, but rather a milestone reached through the dedication of every member of our team.

Reflecting on the challenging times faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, I am deeply grateful to our team and subcontractors for their unwavering support.

Regrettably, a few colleagues and I are unable to be present today due to recent employment changes. Nevertheless, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all who have contributed to the success of this event.
